Rev. Johnson
Rev. Johnson became pastor to the church in 2022, coming out of a five-year retirement. In his 50 years of service to the Lord, he has served the Presbyterian Churches of Savanna, IL, Joliet/New Lenox, IL; Coal City, IL; and retired from the Presbyterian Church in Biggsville, IL. He and his wife live on a small acreage outside of Biggsville. Rev. Johnson received his BA from the University of Dubuque, his M.Div. and D.Min. from the Dubuque Theological Seminary. Rev. Johnson and his wife have 2 children - a daughter who lives in Brainerd, MN and a son who lives in Joliet, IL. They enjoy 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Living in the country provides plenty of opportunity to mow lots of grass, trim even more trees, attempt to grow vegetables in a container garden and enjoy the peace and quiet of life in the country.
Rev. Randy Lee Webster
Randy Lee Webster serves as our Minister of Faith and Worship. Randy is a child of the congregation, the son of (the late) Shirley and Shirley Webster, and returned to our congregation in December of 2013.
He received his BA degree in organ performance and choral conducting from Coe College, and his MDiv from Bexly Hall, an Episcopal seminary in Rochester, NY, in conjuction with the Eastman Conservatory, and was ordained an Episcopal Deacon in 2005 and Priest in 2006.
Randy has returned to regularly play the Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ that he first studied on almost fifty years ago! Among the many things he does, Randy helps to craft out weekly worship services, and oversees the musical portions of our services and directs our choir.
